Get started in six steps
Create your organisation
Sign up with your organisation name, your name and a work email. You become the organisation's Admin.
Verify your email
Open the verification link we email you, then sign in.
Create your first project
Choose Scrum for sprints, Kanban for continuous flow, or Hybrid for both. You can customise board columns later.
Invite your team
Invite people by email with the right role. Each person only sees the projects you add them to.
Build the backlog
Add items by hand, import them from Excel, or generate stories, bugs and spikes with AI after adding a provider key in AI settings.
Start delivering
Plan your first sprint or start pulling cards across the Kanban board. Dashboards fill in as work moves.

Frequently asked questions
How do I reset my password?
Ask your organisation admin. Admins can reset a member's password from user administration.
What happens to unfinished work when a sprint closes?
Unfinished items go back to the product backlog automatically, and the sprint's velocity and completion rate are saved.
How do I switch a project between Scrum and Kanban?
Edit the project and change its methodology. The board columns reset to the defaults for the new methodology.
How do I use AI without platform credits?
Add your own OpenAI, Gemini or Claude key in Admin → AI settings. It works on every plan.
Can I control which emails I receive?
Yes. Open your profile and switch each notification type on or off; changes save immediately.
How do I get more users or projects?
An admin can request an upgrade from Plans & Pricing inside the app and follow its status there.
