Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan lets a small team run projects at no cost, and AI generation works with your own provider key.
How do I upgrade?
An organisation admin opens Plans & Pricing inside the app and requests an upgrade. The request status is shown there, and the new limits apply as soon as it is approved.
What counts towards the user limit?
Every user account in your organisation counts towards the limit, including accounts that have been deactivated.
What are AI tokens?
Plans that include platform AI come with a monthly token allowance for AI generation. You can always use your own OpenAI, Gemini or Claude key instead, on any plan.
